Prices
All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars. Occasionally, our prices may be adjusted due to changes in freight costs. However prices will be honoured on orders already placed/quoted.
All verbal/texted or emailed quotations are valid for 5 working days from the date of issue.
Excess Party Bags and Boxes
We regret that we cannot take back any party packs that you have paid for and want a refund for. All goods sold at the point of delivery/collection are not returnable.
Reservations
We will hold your reserved items for 7 days after which payment must be made in full to confirm the order. You will be advised on payment procedures. We seek your understanding in this as stocks move fast and holding on to reservations that will not be sold will deprive genuine customers of stocks.
Product Substitution
Party in a Bag reserves the right to substitute items (of equal value or higher) if the selected item is out of stock. This includes favours as well as box packaging.
Customers also have the option of requesting for a substitution of one or two items or an upgrade of items. This is subject to the cost of the item. Depending on your choice, you may have to top up the amount due to your selection.
Cancellation of orders
Sometimes parties get canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. If you have ordered sale packs or Ready Packs, just let us know and you’ll not incur any charges.
However, custom orders must be fulfilled as your order is special and we won’t be able to sell these off as they have been customised.
Product Warning
We endeavour to make our boxes age appropriate. However, we will not be held responsible for them once they have been sold. Parents are advised to supervise their kids in the use and play of these favours, especially for kids ages 3 and under.
Safety Disclaimer
Party in a Bag will not be held responsible should our boxes, contents or packaging result in a loss or any other damage, whether direct, incidental or consequential resulting from the use of these products.
